Lyn's Letter #3
Last week we had the pleasure of Caleb McConnell (via zoom) and his Chris McConnell and David from "Drop Zone”.
Drop Zone is a community organization program for children aged between the ages 8-15 years old. They have at least 30-45
attend every Tuesday and they also have a roster of volunteers to assist with the supervision. This program has many activities
for the children to keep them entertained such as ,Table tennis,air hockey,archery,board games and many more activities.
By running this program it gives a lot of children somewhere to go after school and meet new people as well.
On Tuesday night I attended the Innerwheel Club of Moe changeover Robyn Cross as the returning President.
The Theme night was “Winter” and all the attendees were dressed in there hats, scarves and coats and there function room was set up like winter. On the night the also inducted a new member.
Don’t forget our partners night on the 31st July at the Italian Club Morwell for a 6-630 start.
