Celebrating 50 Years of Membership – 1975 to 2025
Next Monday, 26th May, our Club will come together to celebrate a remarkable milestone—50 years of membership in the Rotary Club of Moe for David Power, Ross Maxfield, and Julian Yeatman.
We will be joined by special guests and look forward to hearing great stories from them, as well as from our fellow Rotarians.
The evening will commence at our usual time, 6:00 for 6:30, at the Moe Hotel.
RYLA 2025.
Can Moe Rotary find a suitable 18-30 year old candidate to attend this year's Rotary Youth leadership Awards program at CYC Adventure Resort, Phillip Island on 14-19 July 2025.
Pertinent information -
*RYLA builds communication and problem solving skills, presents strategies for becoming dynamic leaders and surrounds the participants with inspirational speakers, peer mentors and community leaders.
*RYLA is no cost to participants. Our Rotary Club would fund the participant or leader covering the $1650 costs.
*You may know someone with emerging leadership potential amongst family and friends, recent graduates, past RYPEN, MUNA or NYSF Rotary programs.
*Other possibilities could be local small businessesthat don't have the ability to send their staff to expensive professional development seminars.
*Additional focus areas may include local community groups (sporting clubs, etc), volunteers with CFA or similar) or young community leaders.
Please contact Roger, or anyone on Club Board if you are aware of possible RYLA participants.
