President's Report

Our guests on Monday night were Barry Rogers, RYPEN Coordinator, Leader Kellie
Bedggood and RYPEN participant Molly Turner. Molly is a student from Lowanna College,
Newborough. Our club was pleased to sponsor both Molly and Kellie to participate in the
RYPEN program this year which was held at Mt Martha.
RYPEN is a weekend program designed to help young people meet new friends while
embracing new skills that will support them in the future. Molly shared with us several of
the activities she took part in, including teambuilding exercises, group discussions,
workshops, and communication skills development. She said she made many new friends
and has gained greater confidence, particularly in her communication skills.
