As you are aware our Annual Gippsland Rotary Golf Classic will be held on Monday 25th March 2019 and we are encouraging all members to participate in all aspect of this fund raising event. - Individual Entry Form - att no. 4
- Contact Listing - att no 5
- Potential Sponsor List - att no. 6
- Advertising Flyer - att no. 7
Could each member please check for your name on the Contact Listing (No 5 attachment) and, if still suitable, commence making contact with these businesses as soon as possible. If anything has changed from previous years or you wish to add extra sponsors to your own list, please keep Roger or myself up to date. If you are a member who have quite a few businesses to contact, we would like to suggest that you invite one of our new members to assist you so as to mentor them on the process involved. If your name is not on the contact listing, please check the "Potential Sponsor List" and advise us who you wish to approach prior to doing so. (We don't want potential sponsors to be visited by more than one Rotarian) When approaching businesses, can you also please ascertain their email address as well as obtaining a business card for future reference. Roger will be discussing all of the above in further detail at the next meeting, however, if you have any queries prior to then, please give Roger or myself a call.
