Another week has raced by!
Firstly, thank you to the Board for agreeing to meet online on Tuesday evening. The evening over at Leongatha was enjoyable and it was great to finally meet students who participated in the online version of MUNA.
This week we have our AGM on Monday night. Thank you to our Secretary Maureen who emailed the agenda and past minutes to all members in preparation for the AGM. I anticipate the meeting will not take long.
Rog Taylor will then take centre stage and share plans and ideas for our annual Golf Day major fundraising event.
It will be a Club Assembly as well, so a busy Monday at the Moe RSL. Start time is 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start. Please ensure you have time to order your meal at the Bistro.
Final call…If you are interested in being a part of the ‘Moe Rotarians’ group this year please call me! We have four starters: Ross Maxfield, Helen MacDonald and me doing the Moe Yallourn North rail trail, and Robin Noakes walking with his grandchildren in Melbourne.
We will meet at the Rotary Shelter in the Botanic Gardens at 10.00am on Saturday morning, 27 November. The minimum registration fee is $20.00 per person, and I am happy to pay the registration upfront and be reimbursed on the day of our walk.
Stay safe everyone and have a wonderful week.
