Hi everyone!

Where into October already, where does the time go.?

On Monday night our club had casserole night at Alan and Maureen Bishops house. It was a great night, good company and plenty of food. I would also like to thank Allan and Maureen for hosting the night.

Also, we would like to welcome Robin Noakes and Ross Maxfield back from their holidays. Now Alan and Alison Sinnott are off for their holiday enjoy yourself and stay safe. On Thursday October 10th the Rotary Club of Morwell have invited our club along to their meeting at the Morwell RSL. On the
night they have a guest speaker Harry Billis speaking on Rediscovering Joice Nankivell Loch. There will be nibbles and tea and coffee supplied on the night.

On Monday night our guest speaker will be David Burt from Energy Australia.

I have already sold four tables for the Elvis and Buddy Holly Show on December 7th, don’t forget to get your ticket or table.

Don’t forget daylight saving starts on Sunday 6th October, clocks go forward an hour.

The Elvis and Buddy Holly Show tickets will be available next week. So, get the Blue Swede shoes out.

This will be a fantastic night, the more people the more chairs for Wheel Chairs For Kids.

Have a good weekend and stay safe.

That’s all for now

President
Lyn
