Hi everyone!
Well, what a quiet week we have had.
On Monday night we went to Moe Hotel for our partners night and it was a very enjoyable night, good food and good company.
On Monday President Lyn and Di Wilkinson Foundation Chair attended Lowanna College in Newborough to present a $1000 cheque for the Foundation Student Scholarship to Principal Adam Hogan and Assistant Principal Michael Lakeman.
Money raised so far for the “Wheelchairs For kids “is $2000, and I would like to thank PP Robin Noakes for the great job he has done in promoting the chair. Again, I would like to thank Robin Noakes for all the hard work he has put in organizing the car parking roster for the Earth Market Day on November 12th.If you think you can help on the day, please contact Robin.
The Elvis and Roy Orbison tickets are selling well and we should have a good crowd there.
Next week November 6th we have our Cup Eve night at the Moe RSL so come along in racing outfit, also we will also be having raffles on the night.
There will be no Rotary meeting on the 13th November instead it will be held on the 15th November at Albert Street Primary School for the RJCA school presentations. It would be great to see our Rotarians attend, and we are also looking for volunteers to help with the BBQ on the night starting at 5pm.
That’s all for now
