Hi everyone!

This week Rotarians Alan Bishop, Maureen Bishop, Helen MacDonald and I went along to (Energy Australia) RTL to cook a BBQ for 160 workers. On the day we were kept very busy and cooked 300 sausages and 120 steaks in two hours.
Also, I would like to thank the Rotarians that came on the day and worked very hard.

On Thursday Robin Noakes and I went to Elizabeth Primary School to show the chair to Grade 5 and Grade six students, some of the students are in the RJCA program and they were very interested in its features.

This week our guest will be Bill Degnan Community Leader -Group 7 will be speaking on his role in Rotary. Last week we had behind the badge with Helen MacDonald and Len Cairns,
they both very interesting. Behind the badge this week will be Alan Bishop and Alan Sinnott.

Next week some of our Rotarians will be going along to the Yallourn Training & Careers Fair to have a stall with all Rotary information and explain. what Rotary is all about. On the day we will have displays of projects the club have done among lots of other information.

Robin and Kate, we wish you a safe trip to England looking forward to hear all about your holiday.

That’s all for now

President
Lyn
