Presidents for 2025-2026
Len Cairns and Alan Bishop
The Rotary Club of Moe is pleased to announce a shared presidency for the 2025–2026 Rotary year.

Len Cairns will serve as President from July to December 2025, with Alan Bishop assuming the role from January to June 2026.
Together, Presidents Len and Co President Alan are united in their commitment to the Rotary International theme, “Unite for Good.”

Another great week for the Rotary Club of Moe. On Monday we had the pleasure of the
District 9815 Governor, Peter Behm, visiting us to present a certificate of outstanding
service to Rotary to Julian Yeatman PHF, to recognise his 50 years in Rotary. This fantastic
achievement has been celebrated this year for three of our members. David Power, Ross
Maxfield and Julian Yeatman. What amazing dedication and service to the community and
the ideals of Rotary.

DG Peter also presented a certificate to the Club recognising our ongoing support for the
Rotary Foundation and Polio plus.

The night continued with all members competing for the fanciest hat to raise funds for
Rotary Mental Health Month.

The treasurer reported on the successful fund raiser organised by PP Lyn Cassar which looks
like funding another 9 wheelchairs for Kids. A very worthy ongoing charity programme.

Next Monday our co-presidents Len Cairns and Alan Bishop will be attending the 30 year
celebration of the Probus Club of Newbrough, which was originally sponsored by our
Rotary Club.

Next week for our Club Meeting is the Melbourne Cup Eve night. Dress up for this event!

President Len
