Monday 3rd August an informal meeting in the Bistro
Club News and Updates
President's Report
We had a very quiet meeting on Monday due to several members being on holidays.
However, as it was Club Assembly, Secretary Maureen reported on the Board Meeting
which was held on the previous Monday.
Community Co-Chair Alan Bishop provided an update on the Snow Train, which will be
arriving this Saturday, 1st August. The train will stop at Moe where passengers will disembark
to board buses heading to Mount Baw Baw and Walhalla. On their return later in the day,
our members will be set up and ready to serve tea and coffee before passenger's board the
train for their journey back to Melbourne.
Next Meeting – Monday, 3 August
As we are still expecting a low attendance at our next meeting on Monday, 3 August,
Program Chair Roger has suggested that we hold an informal get-together in the bistro at the
Moe Hotel, commencing at 6.30 pm.
If you plan to attend, please contact Lyn on 0434 239 744 or email cassarlyn@gmail.com by
Sunday, 2 August.
