A draft new Constitution for the Rotary Club of Moe has been sent by email for your review and feedback. The Constitution and By-Laws working group has reviewed the standard Constitution that has been developed by District and has made some minor changes to make this document applicable to the operation of our Club.
We would appreciate your feedback on this document within the next two weeks please to enable the working group to review all comments and made any relevant amendments and recirculate for further consideration.
This time-frame is necessary if we are to complete the document and have it ready to present to members for adoption through a special resolution at the AGM.
