Public Image Q and A
Got a Burning Question about Public Image?
Do you have a question about Public Image you would like answered?
Then, join us (virtually) for a Q&A Webinar and have your question answered.
A panel of the public image coordinator team will be available to answer any questions you may have to do with how your Club can raise its public image, tell its Rotary stories, get its branding compliant, or maximise its impact through social media.
Details: Sunday, 30th August 2020 at 1pm AEST by ZOOM
As public image is every Rotarian's responsibility, the Q&A is open to ALL Rotarians , not just your public image director. Participant numbers will be restricted to allow for maximum interaction and discussion.
To register your interest contact Rotary Public Image Cordinator, Gina Growden on gina.growden@bigpond.com or mobile 0412 128 106, and the Zoom link will be forwarded to you.
Please forward this email to members of your club who may be interested in attending.
We look forward to seeing you on 30th August.

New District RORP Champion
It is with great pleasure to welcome Wayne Jenkins from the Rotary Club of Mt Martha to the new role of District RORP Champion. RORP is Rotary Overseas Recycled Playgrounds and is involved in removing playgrounds within the District and shipping them to Rotary Clubs in countries such Sri Lanka, Timor Leste, Tanzania and soon to be in Nepal and the Philippines. The playgrounds are then re-assembled and used by children that would not have had the opportunity to use such equipment.
The Program commenced in 2017 by the Rotary Club of Kensington / Flemington and was adapted by Wayne who has been leading this program in the Peninsula Cluster where they have relocated 6 of the 30 playgrounds to date from Councils, Schools etc , repaired them and transported overseas (using DIK).
Wayne and his team have developed great systems, techniques, structure and equipment needed for rolling the program out for the whole District.
This is a ready made International project for Clubs. Wayne is available to speak at Club Zoom meetings and to share the process and the program.
Please add Wayne to your Speakers List for 2020.
Best regards,
Colin Byron
