1948-49
Provisional Club formed December 6, 1948
Charter Night held in the Mechanics Hall, April 1, 1949.
Meetings were held in the Church of England Parish Hall and later in the Kayser Glove Factory Dinning Hall
1949-50
Vocational Services Courtesy Campaign was organised.
Membership increased from 18 to 23.
1950-51
Jumble Sale raised $900 for the Latrobe Valley Hospital.
25 Food-for-Britain parcels were sent to Goodmayers Rotary Club
1951-52
Club achieved 100% plateau in Rotary Foundation Fellowships.
1952-53
Young Farmers' Club and Horticultural Club was initiated by the Club.
1953-54
Marshall Avenue Children's Playground was established.
1954-55
Rotary International's Golden Anniversary Year.
Rotary Club of Trafalgar, was sponsored by the Club and received its Charter. 
1955-56
Moe Girls Guide Hall was constructed.
Club attendance for the year was 97%, 17 of the 28 Rotarians achieved 100%.
1956-57
Club attendance was 98.03% for the year.
Meetings moved to the Mechanics Hall.
Five Moe Rotarians attended the Pacific Regional Conference in Sydney.
Marshall Avenue Playground was officially handed over to the Moe Borough Council.
1957-58

1958-59
Moe Scout Hall was constructed.
Education Week: Tour to local Industries was arranged for students and Schools addressed on employment roles.
1959-60
Elderly Citizens were assisted Clubroom furniture, district outings and entertainment.
Careers Advice Campaign was conducted.
1960-61
Club membership is up to 36.
Tree planting project undertaken at Moe Caravan Park.
Multi-language Christmas Cards were sent overseas to Rotary clubs.
District Foundation Fellow Alex Buchanan returned from a year of study at Iowa State College, U.S.A.
1961-62
Moe Benevolent Society was established.
Rotary Bursary Scholarships were awarded to our seven Primary Schools.
1962-63
Club membership reaches 40 with 26 Rotarians reaching 100% attendance for the year.
Five cases of library books were Tanga Rotary Club to establish a library in Tanganyika.
A Jumble sale conducted raised $634 for Yallourn Hospital.
1963-64
District 282's Inter City meeting was conducted in Moe.
A Child Cyclists Roar Courtesy Campaign was conducted.
211 Trees were planted at Yallourn Storage Dam.
6 Street seats were supplied and erected. 
1964-65
9 Floats were prepared for the Nyaalinga Festival.
A Club storage cabinet on wheels was constructed
Rotary Signs were repainted and located on the Highway.
The Club hosted 15 Asian Students on a weekend visit to Moe.
1965-66
Dinner fees are now $1 and waitresses replaced Rotarians as Stewards.
"Rotarian" magazines are now supplied to Doctors' Surgeries, City & School Libraries, Dentist Waiting Rooms etc.
Pastor Doug Nicholls addressed a Club meeting.
Class have been organised on Decimal Conversion.
1966-67
2.5 tons of Skim Milk Powder was sent to India.
Club donated another $500 to the Hospital Building Fund.
Club Membership is now 45.
1967-68
Moe Interact Club was formed at Yallourn Technical College.
Tree planting program commenced in Lloyd Street.
Donations have been made to the Hospital and Elderly Citizens Building Funds.   
1968-69
Moe Rotarian Allan McHardy became District Governor.
District Conference was held in Moe.
300 Trees planted in Lloyd Street, taking 5 working bees.
Another $1,000 was donated to the Hospital Building Fund. 
1969-70
Brian Handley
was selected for a Technical Training Award for 1970-71 to study at North West Kansas Technical School, U.S.A.
Three Moe Rotarians join F.A.I.M Work team in New Guinea.
Club By-Laws have been revised and reprinted.
1970-71
Nearly one-third of the Club attended the International Convention in Sydney.
Wine tasting night was held at Rotarian Henks.
New Guinea students were hosted by Club members.
Leadership courses were held at Moe High school.
1971-72
Another 150 Trees were planted in Lloyd Street.
Student Exchange Program instituted with New Zealand.
Club attains a 600% plateau with the Rotary Foundation.
Museum School exhibit was painted internally.
1972-73
A Flag pole and Flag was provided for the Folk Museum.
$1,000 was donated to the Latrobe Valley Village for the Aged.
Lloyd Street plantation being completed with the planting of a further 100 trees.
