Please confirm names and numbers in your group, adult and children eating and/or just seating numbers if not staying, (especially if there are special dietary requirements). I MUST hear from you by return email or text please, the sooner the better but certainly by Friday 7 December. Non attendance to be advised too, so as to rule you out, confirming the message has been read.
