Golf Planning Update as at Committee Meeting This Week:
Advertising Fliers - Each of the 3 main documents (Sponsor's package Letter, General Information and Entry Forms) have been updated, and will be on your email in the next few days. If you are visiting businesses requesting donations these are the documents that you will need to take with you.
List of Sponsors - The committee updated each of the businesses from the past year or two, and in some cases have made some additions, or alterations to the Rotarian visiting them. Please read these carefully to determine your role in our visits. In addition, Maureen is sending a list to Rotarians with 3 or more businesses and is providing a check list for your use. Please advise roger if you know of potential sponsors not already on our list.
Ticket Sales - Helen has circulated the roster for the first fortnight and will be updating this regularly. Full time workers will hopefully consider taking a weekend timeslot.
Miscellaneous - We have also made plans regarding catering, cart-hire, neighbouring Rotary Club participation, and a novelty event involving a local pro "selling" drives for each team at $10.00 each. More news about those issues soon.
Countdown - So it's all systems go! We have 8 weeks until the March 19 event, so we ask that everyone
