2021-22 Organisation of Meetings & Program:
1st Monday: General Club meeting (6.30pm-7.00pm), followed by Service Committee meetings (7.00pm-8.00pm). Committee Service meetings to be organised by Chairs with an agenda prepared beforehand and circulated.
2nd Monday: General Club meeting (6.30pm – 8.00pm) Rotary ‘Areas of Focus' * Club Service meeting TBA on another night as needed. May be held via Zoom if Club Service committee prefers.
3rd Monday: General Club meeting (6.30pm-7.00pm), followed by Board Meeting (7.00pm-8.30pm).
4th Monday: Whole Club Assembly (6.30pm-8.00pm) with Treasurer, Secretary & Service Committee Chairs to report back to club members.
5th Monday: Partner’s Night/Social Evening TBA where applicable.
Please Note: Members are encouraged to arrive at the meeting venue from 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start.
Meeting Venue: At this point, a venue for regular club meetings has not been confirmed. Club members will have an opportunity to vote in person or via email once information is available and comparisons can be made between the Moe Hotel and the Moe RSL. This is planned to occur at the last meeting in June. Club equipment is currently stored in the club shed in Della Torre Rd, Moe.
Lockdown due to COVID-19 Pandemic: In the event of a regional lockdown being implemented due to an outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, club meetings will be held via Zoom until social restrictions are eased.
3rd Monday of the month: Advocating the club run a General Club gathering prior to the Board meeting for two months and see how many members attend. May drop the half hour general club gathering and focus on the Board meeting if there is poor attendance.

* Guest speaker/program activity to be planned according to Rotary’s Areas of Focus.
Chairperson duties: Contact the guest speaker one week before attending the meeting to check arrangements. Club to pay for guest’s meal. Purchase a drink for the guest. Introduce the guest speaker and the topic to be presented. Small gift presentation to be made by Chairperson & President to the Guest Speaker.
