"Living well with Chronic Illness"

Do you live in Latrobe Valley?
Do you (or someone you know) have diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, heart failure or COPD?  Come along to an evening of food, entertainment and information about these common chronic illnesses.

Bay Street Productions will be performing their informative and hilarious play, Six Degrees of Diabetes.  Written by Alan Hopgood, Six Degrees of Diabetes is the story of three journalists in a pub discussing diabetes, the ‘epidemic of the 21st century’.   Local health services will be at the event providing information on how to manage these chronic illnesses and answer any questions you have.

There will also be an opportunity for you to sign up for our community conversations where you can share your story about living with chronic illness. Please arrive at 5:30 pm  for finger food, the  play will start at 6:00 pm  ,
